We are hiring for three flexible roles (or cross-trained combinations): Early Morning Pastry Prep & Bake-Off (5:45 AM Start): Help prep and bake off our fresh cookies, scones, muffins, and specialty treats.

Customer Service & Sandwich Prep:

Welcome neighborhood regulars, operate the register (POS), craft custom sandwiches, and keep the storefront clean and inviting. Late Afternoon /

Early Evening Bread Bake:

Assist with afternoon/evening bread baking and prep routines to keep our racks stocked with fresh, artisan bread. (No professional baking experience required for baking shifts! If you can follow straightforward, step-by-step recipes and stay organized, we will train you on everything else.) Key Responsibilities (Depending on Your Shift)

Front of House:

Greet guests, process POS register transactions, package bakery items, and deliver warm customer service.

Sandwich & Kitchen Prep:

Slice ingredients, craft made-to-order sandwiches, and keep prep stations fully stocked. Baking & Bread Prep (Morning or Late Afternoon): Follow easy, standardized franchise recipes to prep, tray, and bake off artisan breads, pastries, and treats.

Store Upkeep:

Maintain Oahu food safety standards, execute daily sanitation/dishwashing, and keep work stations tidy. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail. Strong ability to work efficiently and unsupervised during solo or small-team shifts. No professional baking background required—great fit for quick-service (QSR), Boba/café, or dessert retail (e.g., Crumbl) backgrounds.
