Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Part-Time Recruiting Team Member to support our manufacturing operation. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top talent across various departments. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to develop your skills in human resources and recruiting within a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is perfect for an entry level employee that would like to gain experience or an experienced employee seeking part-time hours and flexibility in their schedule. Responsibilities Actively participate in the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring activities, and onboarding new employees. Build and maintain strong partnerships with company leadership to understand workforce needs. Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and records in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Assist with employee benefits administration, including benefit enrollment and employee education during new hire onboarding and open enrollment periods. Plan and lead employee morale initiatives, recognition programs, and company events that promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations by coordinating, scheduling, and tracking required safety training programs. Assist with additional projects and initiatives to support departmental and organizational goals. Skills Required Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively across various channels. Ability to manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners effectively. Positive, professional attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and providing excellent employee support. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks and priorities. Reliable, dependable, and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent attendance.
