Duties Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream flavors, toppings, and specialty desserts with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling products to enhance their experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including cleaning equipment, counters, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change while adhering to cash handling procedures Assist in food handling tasks such as scooping ice cream, packaging products, and ensuring proper food safety management practices are followed Support food preparation activities in the kitchen or behind the counter, operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively Uphold sanitation standards through regular bussing, sanitation routines, and ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers Qualifications Previous food service experience or quick service & fast food restaurant background preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple customer orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations accurately Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Retail sales experience or grocery store experience is advantageous but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating delightful moments for our guests!
