Responsibilities Prepare fresh sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate food ordering and cash handling Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and sales Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols Process cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service Assist with food safety management, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Support team members with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurant environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including food prep tools and small appliances Retail or grocery store experience is a plus but not required; a passion for food industry work is essential Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests through fast, friendly service and delicious food!
