Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within our establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries and orders
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and kitchen
• Prepare and serve food and beverages following prescribed recipes
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and tasks

Requirements:

• Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
• Experience in food handling and adhering to safety protocols in the food industry
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS, for order processing
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
