• Friday | Training Provided | Long-Term Career Opportunity Job Duties Lead and support daily shipping and receiving operations in a manufacturing environment.

Verify outgoing shipments by comparing products and quantities against shipping documents and ensure materials are properly packaged, labeled, and loaded for transport. Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials for accuracy and damage, and route products to the appropriate departments. Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, organize raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory, and support inventory accuracy throughout the facility. Identify opportunities to improve department efficiency, reduce waste, and increase recycling efforts. Maintain company vehicles used within the department, communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers, and perform additional duties as assigned by management. Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills are required. Previous shipping, receiving, inventory, or leadership experience is preferred. Some travel may be required. Safety Requirements Must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow all company safety policies and procedures. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed throughout the shift. Must be able to safely operate material handling equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area.
