Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring each sandwich meets quality expectations. Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently. Manage customer orders with care, ensuring timely service and satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing food prep areas and dining surfaces regularly. Assist with food handling, including proper storage, sanitation, and adherence to food safety protocols. Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to enhance sales opportunities. Handle cash register operations, processing transactions smoothly while providing friendly customer interactions. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing.
