Job Summary We are looking for friendly and energetic Crew Members to join our fast-paced food service team. Duties Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and quality standards. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring proper food safety practices. Assist with food delivery from kitchen to customers quickly while ensuring proper presentation and safety protocols. Support team members in various tasks like stocking supplies, cleaning, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly during busy hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is a plus but not required. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or café setting. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, POS systems like Aloha or Micros, and customer service techniques.
