Responsibilities Prepare high-quality sandwiches and salads according to company standards, ensuring freshness and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, providing friendly service and upselling additional items to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, including kitchen equipment, dining spaces, and food prep stations. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts with precision. Support food safety management by following proper handling procedures, sanitation protocols, and health regulations. Assist with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the workspace remains organized and inviting for customers.
