This position combines customer service, food preparation, beverage service, order handling, and restaurant upkeep to help keep each shift running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service. Take customer orders accurately and process transactions through the POS system. Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to restaurant procedures. Package dine-in, takeout, and pickup orders accurately. Maintain clean and organized counters, tables, dining areas, and service stations. Restock cups, beverages, napkins, condiments, utensils, and other supplies. Assist kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy periods. Handle cash and card payments accurately when assigned. Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant cleanliness standards. Communicate guest requests, order changes, and service issues to the appropriate team member. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant-support duties. Qualifications Previous restaurant, food-service, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn multiple restaurant duties. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout a shift. Able to safely lift and carry typical food-service supplies. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
