This role assists with guest service, table support, dining-area organization, and other service duties while working closely with servers, hosts, bartenders, and management. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide courteous, attentive service support. Assist servers with food running, table clearing, and table resets. Keep dining areas, tables, and service stations clean and organized. Restock napkins, utensils, condiments, glassware, and other service supplies. Assist with guest requests and communicate needs to the appropriate team member. Help maintain an efficient flow of service during busy periods. Support takeout and other guest orders when needed. Follow restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and food-safety procedures. Assist with opening, closing, and routine side-work duties. Work cooperatively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, bartenders, and management. Perform additional restaurant-support tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred. Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to remain organized in a busy full-service restaurant. Reliable, punctual, and willing to assist other team members. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. Able to carry dishes, trays, and restaurant supplies safely. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
