This position assists with table service, dining-area upkeep, restocking, and other tasks that help the team deliver an efficient and welcoming guest experience. Responsibilities Welcome guests and assist with maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Help reset and prepare tables for incoming guests. Support servers with food running, table clearing, and restocking. Keep service stations supplied with napkins, utensils, condiments, and other items. Assist with takeout orders and other guest requests as directed. Clear dishes and transport used items to the appropriate area. Maintain cleanliness of tables, booths, floors, and guest-service areas. Communicate guest needs and service issues to servers or management. Follow restaurant cleanliness, food-safety, and sanitation procedures. Work cooperatively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management. Perform additional restaurant-support duties during busy shifts. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required. Friendly and professional approach when interacting with guests. Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and willing to assist wherever needed. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout a shift. Able to lift and carry restaurant items safely. Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
