Job Description
Come join the team behind one of the best burgers in Coeur d'Alene! We are seeking fun, intelligent, outgoing, and high energy individuals to join us as a Team Member. The ideal candidate for this position is attentive to detail, comfortable with a fast pace, diligent about food safety, committed to maintaining a positive and productive work environment, and most importantly, a team player with a fantastic attitude. Qualifications Capacity to stand for long hours. Knowledge of food safety guidelines or willingness to learn. Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as required. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, great customer service skills. Sample Responsibilities Commit to and uphold Burger Dock norms and contribute to a positive work environment. Engage with customers to ensure a memorable and fun experience. Work under the direction of the Shift Lead/Captain to ensure all shift activities are complete, including all checklists, side work, and other tasks. Work the POS system, including taking in-person orders, phone orders, counting cash, etc. Prep food items, including sauces, fries, shakes, etc. Follow grill guidelines to deliver consistent, quality food to guests. Serves alcohol to guests (if applicable). Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
