What You'll Do As a member of our business team, you will help create an exceptional patient experience by: Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient care Answering phones and assisting patients with questions Managing insurance and financial arrangements Supporting efficient day-to-day office operations Working closely with our clinical team to provide seamless patient care We're Looking For Someone Who Loves working with people and creating meaningful relationships Has excellent communication and customer service skills Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-first environment Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and professionalism Is eager to learn and grow Dental office experience is appreciated but not required—we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
