What you'll be doing: Preparing and assembling menu items according to our recipes and standards Cooking a variety of menu items while maintaining consistent quality and portions Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Helping with food prep and keeping up with daily kitchen production Following proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures Keeping your station clean, organized, and ready for service Working as part of a team to keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy shifts Taking pride in the food we serve and making sure every plate going out is something we're proud of What we're looking for: Someone dependable, motivated, able to work in a fast-paced kitchen, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but a great attitude and strong work ethic go a long way.
