In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer receives top-notch service while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and food handling. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and satisfied. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, cashiering, and customer service within a vibrant food industry setting. Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems for order processing, cashiering, and transaction management Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Assist with food safety practices such as proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and adhering to health regulations Support team members by bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations during busy hours Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards in the food industry or café environment is a plus Ability to operate POS systems confidently Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, or grocery store operations is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work effectively as part of a team Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering quick service with a smile!
