Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to company standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales efficiently Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience Handle cashing out customers, managing retail sales transactions with precision Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy environment for guests Follow food safety management protocols and ensure proper food handling procedures are adhered to Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending as needed Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or retail sales transactions is advantageous Embark on a lively career path where your energy fuels exceptional service!
