Candidate has to be flexible to do morning, afternoon and evening shifts. Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced café environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in food service and have a passion for helping others. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and accurately process sales. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including dining spaces, kitchen, and equipment. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Requirements Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cash register operations. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
