Job :
Food Runner/Busser:
Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct table quickly and accurately. Announce and describe dishes clearly to guests, or assist the server in doing so. Reset and clean tables efficiently between parties, ensuring the dining room looks great at all times. Support servers by running drinks, condiments, and extra items during service. Clear used plates, glassware, and utensils in a timely manner during and after meals. Pre bus used items and finished dishes to keep a neat presentation throughout a party's meal. Maintain cleanliness of service stations, floors, and bus bins throughout the shift. Assist with restocking items as needed and help with opening and closing duties. Stay attentive and proactive—anticipating needs before they arise.
Cashier:
Ring up customers, be familiar enough with the menu to walk them through it and offer suggestions Answer phone and take orders for pickup and answer any questions. Keep track of online and door dash orders, ensuring all guests receive the correct orders. Count the cash drawer an ensure it is accurate for open and close of day. Brew coffee, help servers prepare drinks for tables and serve guests sitting at the bar.
Host:
Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm Seat guests in timely manner, considering server sections and guest needs Track and hold tables for reservations, track waitlist Assist in side work, including but not limited to wrapping silverware, bussing tables when there is a waitlist.
