Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, energetic Front of House Team Member to join our growing food service team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while delivering efficient and high-quality service. Responsibilities include customer service, cashiering, and food handling. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for food and hospitality who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Part-time high school and college students are encouraged to apply. Prior experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person! We are looking for dependable, long-term team members who are interested in growing with us. This is not a seasonal position. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service Take customer orders accurately using the Bluu POS system Prepare and assemble food items following company standards and food safety guidelines Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and care Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and food preparation stations Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Assist with bussing tables and keeping the restaurant organized Support team members with restocking supplies and basic kitchen tasks Deliver fast, efficient service during peak hours while maintaining quality Qualifications Must be 16 years of age or older Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or retail is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems (Bluu POS is a plus) Friendly attitude with strong customer service and communication skills Basic math skills for handling transactions Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an asset Team-oriented with a positive and reliable work ethic Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours as needed Join our team and enjoy a fun, energetic work environment where you can build valuable skills in food service, customer service, and hospitality!
