Job Description

About Us Genesis of Highland Park opened in January 2025 as the flagship store of Gregory Auto Group, a third-generation, family-owned dealer group serving Chicago's North Shore since 1968. In under two years we have become a free-standing exclusive Genesis retailer and earned Genesis Signature Retailer status — recognition for delivering a luxury experience, not just a luxury product. We run our store on process, transparency, and KPIs, and we invest in the people who run it. Where We're Headed We are just getting started. Our goal is to be the leader in the Genesis space for the Chicago and southern Wisconsin market, and we are committed to real growth at this dealership — not maintenance mode. You will report to the Executive Manager and work alongside our Genesis sales, internet, and F&I teams. This is a hands-on leadership seat for someone who wants a real say in how a high-performing luxury store is run. What You'll Do Desk and structure new, used, and lease deals; hold gross while keeping our transparent-pricing promise to the customer Appraise trades with the customer present, validate ACV by walking and scanning every vehicle, and own the store's Look-to-Book ratio Coach and hold the team accountable to our written
