Full Job Description Job Description:

A day in the life of a Tropical Smoothie Cafe Crew Member entails serving fresh Smoothies, Wraps, Sandwiches, and Flat Breads, all while maintaining a clean and friendly work environment. We are seeking energetic, friendly individuals with a passion for customer service! No specific work experience is required, but customer service experience is a plus. Crew Members and Shift Managers must excel in a fast pace environment, enjoy working in a team setting, and be willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Crew Members and Shift Managers do not have to work with grease, fryers, or anything similar. You will enjoy working in this Eat Better, Feel Better environment! Currently hiring Full time or Part time Crew Members/ Shift Managers, varying starting wage depending on experience and availability. We look forward to hearing from you!
