Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Concession Employee April to June yearly AND August 8th, September to October (evenings 5-9pm and weekends 9- 3pm) and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences! In this lively role, you'll assist with food preparation, customer service, and sales at our concession stands, ensuring a fast, friendly, and efficient service environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food handling, POS systems, and customer engagement while contributing to a vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and love providing top-notch service, this is your chance to shine! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages quickly and accurately, following safety and sanitation standards. Operate POS systems such as Square to process transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit payments responsibly. Assist customers with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas, including food prep stations, counters, and bathrooms. Manage food safety protocols by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and health regulations. Support team members with restocking supplies, and ensuring a smooth flow during busy tournaments. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by engaging positively with guests, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving issues professionally. Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and cleaning. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. (Can train) Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude that enhances the guest experience. This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to gain valuable experience in the food industry while working in a lively setting! All positions are paid roles designed to support your growth as part of our dedicated team. You will also keep all tips earned. Prefer someone in the food industry with fryer experience But can train.
Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Benefits:
Flexible schedule Paid training Application Question(s): Are you available April to June AND September and October weekday evenings 5-9:30pm and Saturdays between 9am and 3pm? Sundays would only be 11am to 2pm..No Thursdays required.
