Lea French Cafe :

Lea Prep Team Member As a Lea Prep Team Member , you will be a part of a growing brand. We are a French cafe with 3 locations and growing. We make our own baguettes, croissants, pastries and desserts from scratch daily in our bakery in the French tradition. We are seeking team players who enjoy making simple, wholesome, honest food!

What You'll Do:

Some of the key functions of a Lea Prep Team Member will perform. They include but are not limited to:

Menu Knowledge & Food Preparation:

Learn our menu and ingredients; Prep sandwiches, salads, tartines and croques with our housemade bread and farm ingredients.

Food Safety & Cleanliness:

Follow food safety standards; maintain clean workstations throughout your shift.

Restaurant Organization, Dishwashing & Support:

Maintain dish area, receive and restock orders, assist with kitchen tasks as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week including weekdays. Must be authorized to work in the United States Perfect for a college student with some weekday availability!

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
