Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders efficiently and accurately. Manage food service customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines throughout your shift. Assist with cash register operations, processing cash transactions, credit card payments, and managing retail sales transactions with precision. Engage with customers through friendly service, upselling menu items, and answering questions about our offerings. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, supporting overall restaurant operations during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; food industry or café experience is a plus. Strong skills in food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices to ensure safety standards are met. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering or cash handling experience is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
