Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and swiftly Deliver outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food safety regulations are followed Assist in food handling, sanitation, and proper storage to uphold health standards in a fast-paced environment Support team members with food preparation, stocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly during busy hours Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Previous restaurant or café experience is preferred; experience in retail or grocery stores is a plus Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude during high-volume periods Embark on a dynamic journey with us where your energy fuels our success!
