Pay Range:

$15 - $18 per hour (including hourly tip pool)

In this role, you will help maintain our high-quality product standards by strictly following established quality and safety protocols.

Job Functions:

Food Preparation:

Prepare food according to exact specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning techniques, and food prep logs/tools.

Line Upkeep:

Restock the front service line with prepared products during peak volumes and in accordance with time and temperature safety regulations.

Food Safety:

Adhere strictly to food safety standards and immediately report any questionable food deliveries and/or practices.

Guest Hospitality:

Enthusiastically greet all guests when they enter the restaurant. Serve guests following recipe and preparation guidelines, striving to consistently exceed guest expectations.

Teamwork & Attitude:

Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times. Be a willing team player and maintain a cooperative, respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members.

Brand Ambassadorship:

Act as a positive ambassador for the restaurant. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism at all times.

Quality Control:

Monitor the quality of all ingredients and products, taking appropriate actions to maintain that high standard.

Sanitation & Safety:

Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for everyone.

Daily Operations:

Clean, organize, and restock all stations. Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
