Vondra Social House is seeking a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Food Service Associate to support daily restaurant operations and provide attentive service to guests. This role involves assisting with food and beverage service, preparing and organizing orders, maintaining clean service areas, and coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house team members. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service. Assist with food and beverage orders and routine customer requests. Help prepare, assemble, and organize orders according to restaurant procedures. Communicate order details and special requests clearly to kitchen staff. Deliver food and beverages to guests or organize orders for pickup as needed. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining and service areas. Restock napkins, utensils, containers, beverages, and other service supplies. Assist with clearing and resetting tables when required. Support smooth order flow during busy service periods. Follow food-safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace procedures. Assist with opening, closing, and routine restaurant duties. Report customer concerns, supply shortages, or service issues to a supervisor. Work cooperatively with kitchen, service, and management teams. Qualifications Previous restaurant, café, hospitality, retail, or food-service experience is helpful. Friendly, respectful, and professional approach to guests. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Comfortable working in a fast-paced food-service environment. Good attention to cleanliness, order accuracy, and customer service. Able to follow written and verbal instructions. Willingness to learn menu items and restaurant procedures.
