You'll play a vital part in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and operating POS systems to deliver quick and efficient service. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS Prepare food items efficiently following safety and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace to uphold sanitation standards Process cash, credit card, and retail sales transactions accurately while managing cash register operations Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems (e.g. Aloha or Toast is advantageous) Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations Food handling and safety knowledge to ensure compliance with health regulations Customer service experience that demonstrates a friendly, positive attitude and effective communication skills Retail or grocery store experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for working in the food industry is essential Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service! Pay:

$15.00 - $21.00 per hour
