What You'll Do As a Front of House Cupcake Crew Member, you'll help create a great experience for every customer while keeping the shop running smoothly.

Your day may include:

Greeting customers and helping them choose their perfect treats Answering questions about cupcakes, menu items, and custom orders Taking customer and custom orders accurately Answering the phone and helping customers with questions Processing cash and credit card payments Keeping the shop clean, organized, and looking its best Following food safety and sanitation requirements Helping with opening and closing duties Jumping in to help your teammates wherever needed Most importantly, making someone's day a little sweeter! What We're Looking For You don't have to have years of experience — we're happy to train the right person! We're looking for someone who is: Friendly & Customer-Focused

Pay:

$10.00/hour base + shared tips Team members typically earn approximately $14.00/hour base + tips.
