Take orders and handle POS/cash transactions. Prepare and assemble food according to Dave's standards. Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation. Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures. Keep the dining room, kitchen, equipment, and workstations clean. Restock products and supplies. Work effectively during high-volume periods. Communicate with managers and other team members. Follow opening, closing, and shift-change procedures. Help wherever needed—this is a team environment, not a "that's not my job" position. What we expect from a new hire You should be: Reliable and punctual. Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers. Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant. Comfortable standing for extended periods. Able to lift, carry, bend, reach, and perform physical restaurant duties. Willing to learn Dave's Hot Chicken recipes, procedures, and standards.
