• Job Overview:

• We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. You will use a microphone to provide entertainment as you DJ to customers on the golf course.

• Responsibilities:

• Operate customer onboarding and handle transactions accurately.
• Use microphone to DJ.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of golf course, redemption area, arcade and party room.
• Assist in stocking inventory and supplies
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Upsell products to customers when appropriate

• Requirements:

• Proficiency in using cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers
