Duties Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications, ensuring quality and freshness at all times Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide excellent service to enhance their experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with precision Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food prep area, adhering to food safety regulations Manage multiple tasks efficiently by practicing effective time management during busy hours Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote special offers or new products Assist with food handling, stocking supplies, bussing tables, and supporting overall restaurant operations Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, cafés, grocery stores or similar settings is highly desirable Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences through quality food and outstanding service!
