Primary Objectives of the AT&T Team Member Supporting sales and marketing initiatives; You will be responsible for collaborating with other team members to come up with engagement activities and plans to make sure the brands we're promoting stand out. Rolling out marketing plans; You will drive growth by ensuring that campaign resources are executed as planned and within standard. Identifying sales opportunities; You can help find and recognize potential partners and customers to increase sales pipeline and hit targets. Market analysis; You will gather customer feedback, help assess plans, and share ideas with the team to successfully run successful campaigns. Exercising mutual respect; You will maintain a collaborative work environment that celebrates achievements together. Developing skills; You are expected to continue enhancing your skills and knowledge through our mentorship and learning programs. Showcase integrity and ensure each sales transaction has complete and proper documentation. Qualifications for success in the AT&T Team Member This is an AT&T Team Memberr role so no prior professional sales experience is required but anyone with a background in marketing, business, etc is highly encouraged. High school graduate or has an equivalent secondary education. familiarity with telecommunications is a plus. Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with others and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Consistent and dependable transportation to and from our office.
