Duties Prepare and assemble pizza orders with precision, following established recipes and food safety standards Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently Manage food service customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing surfaces, organizing ingredients, and adhering to sanitation protocols Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, and slicing tools Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with accuracy Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns with enthusiasm Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting food handling procedures to uphold food safety standards Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or quick service & fast food restaurant environments preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners!
