Café Employment Participant As a Café Crew member, you'll be an important part of our café team while developing the skills and experience needed to succeed in the workforce. You'll receive hands-on training in daily café operations while working alongside supportive staff who are invested in your growth. You'll have opportunities to learn how to provide excellent customer service, prepare food and beverages, operate a point-of-sale system, handle money, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, communicate effectively, and work successfully as part of a team.
