We are seeking LUNCH staff only. We ask you apply only if you are available for the hours between 9 am and 4 pm. We are seeking someone who can enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced, customer-orientated environment. Excellent customer service is key as we pride ourselves on getting to know our customers. Scheduled shifts available are 930 to 3, 11 am to 3 pm, OR 12 pm to 4 pm Tuesday through Friday. Scheduling during these hours can be negotiable, but we only need lunch help at this time. Dinner hours are not available at this time. No long shifts, early mornings, or late nights. Guaranteed two consecutive days off (Sunday and Monday). Employee food discounts as well as friends/family discount. Starting pay is $12 hour plus tips which equals out to about $15-18/hour on average. Weekly pay. You must be able to be on your feet for at least 4 hours at a time, and be able to lift 50 pounds. You must be comfortable interacting with customers in a professional and cordial manner. You must have legible handwriting. Responsibilities will include everything in maintaining a restaurant: bussing lobby, running and setting up plates, operating the POS system and taking orders, washing dishes, etc. We work as a team so you will not be doing all the work, but sharing it with everyone including me, the owner. There is no silent, back-office management here; we are all in it together. Performance based raises given. No prior restaurant experience required, although welcomed. We will train!
