Cinema Camp Landing Crew Member Responsibilities Welcome every guest with a smile and help create memorable moments—whether you're popping popcorn or assisting with a concern, you'll listen actively and communicate clearly. Use our point-of-sale system to complete transactions with speed, accuracy, and friendly service. Practice strong sales techniques (suggestive selling, upselling, and highlighting merchandise) to enhance the guest experience and encourage loyalty sign-ups. Prepare delicious concessions safely and efficiently—because no movie is complete without great snacks! Help maintain clean and inviting auditoriums, lobbies, and restrooms throughout your shift. Follow all instructions for the safe use of cleaning supplies and chemicals. Scan/check tickets and guide guests to their auditorium with a helpful, upbeat attitude. Enforce movie ratings in a respectful, professional manner that helps everyone understand our policies. Monitor auditoriums for picture and sound quality, lighting, audience behavior, and any potential issues. Support with opening and closing tasks to ensure each day starts prepared and ends organized. Be ready to assist teammates as needed - teamwork is how we make movie magic happen. Help create an inclusive environment where every guest and team member feels welcome, valued, and respected. Follow Cinema Camp Landing uniform guidelines: black non-slip shoes, black pants, a provided uniform shirt, and hat. Maintain a positive, professional attitude - our culture is built on fun, respect, and making every visit unforgettable. Cinema Camp Landing crew members recieve free movie tickets.
