Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a versatile and dedicated Team Member, where your enthusiasm and commitment will drive exceptional cleanliness and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment through comprehensive cleaning and custodial duties. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure our facilities are spotless, organized, and compliant with health standards, creating a positive experience for both colleagues and visitors. Duties Perform thorough cleaning tasks including window cleaning, floor care, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitation of all designated areas. Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, and floor polishers safely and effectively. Handle chemicals responsibly by following proper procedures for storage, mixing, application, and disposal in accordance with safety guidelines. Conduct janitorial services including trash removal, restroom sanitation, laundry services, and maintaining supply inventories. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly during all cleaning activities to ensure safety for yourself and others. Assist with heavy lifting tasks involving cleaning supplies or equipment to prevent injury while maintaining efficiency. Maintain high standards of infection control and sanitation to support a healthy environment for staff and visitors. Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right motivated candidate. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices including chemical handling and sanitation protocols is advantageous. Experience with window cleaning, pressure washing, or floor care techniques will be considered a plus. Strong customer service skills to interact politely with team members and visitors while addressing their needs professionally. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely over extended periods while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
