Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing Assist in food preparation and food handling to maintain quality standards and uphold food safety regulations Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during busy service periods Manage cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and handle cash with accuracy and integrity Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, sanitation standards, and proper bussing practices Ensure timely food service delivery by coordinating with kitchen staff and managing customer orders effectively Support food safety management practices by following proper procedures for handling food and maintaining hygiene standards Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow in the food industry Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or kitchen operations is advantageous Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is highly desirable Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where great service meets delicious food!
