EXTROVERTED SANDWICH ARTISTS WANTED!

Grounded All Day Café is looking for energetic, outgoing people who love great food, great coffee, and making every customer feel like the most important person in the room. This is not a job for someone who wants to stand quietly behind the counter. We are looking for true extroverts who genuinely enjoy talking to people, making new friends, offering samples, recommending favorites, and turning first time guests into loyal regulars. You must be available to work Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. As a Grounded Sandwich Artist, you will learn how to build incredible sandwiches using authentic New York bagels, prepare delicious ingredients and house made spreads, and create food that looks just as amazing as it tastes. Every sandwich should be crafted with care, creativity, consistency, and pride. You will also learn how to make exceptional coffee and specialty drinks while delivering the kind of customer service that people remember and tell their friends about. We can teach you how to make fantastic coffee, prepare our signature spreads, and build the perfect bagel sandwich.
