Summary As a Front of House Team Member at Mr. Ed's Restaurant Group, you will be the face of our dining experience, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. This role is essential to our mission of providing outstanding service and delicious meals in a friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with bussing tables to ensure a clean and inviting dining environment. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery. Promote daily specials and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations during service operations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience with upselling or sales techniques is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success.
