Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing ingredients, including slicing meats, vegetables, and other sandwich components. Assembling sandwiches with precision and consistency, following our recipes and standards. Rolling fresh spring rolls to order. Dressing and assembling rice bowls, noodle bowls, and salad bowls to our recipes and presentation standards. Maintaining a clean and organized prep station to ensure food safety and efficiency. Collaborating with team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy shifts. Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Handling dishwashing duties during the afternoon shift to keep the kitchen clean and stocked. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced kitchen. Attention to detail and consistency when prepping ingredients, rolling spring rolls, and assembling bowls. Willingness to jump in wherever needed, including dishwashing during the afternoon shift. Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently during busy rushes. A team-first mindset and good communication with coworkers. Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts. Prior kitchen or food prep experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person. Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain one) preferred.
