This role assists guests, coordinates with restaurant teams, maintains service standards, and helps create a welcoming and efficient dining experience. Common Job Roles Restaurant Hospitality Associate Guest Services Associate Restaurant Service Associate Hospitality Team Member Guest Experience Associate Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, professional hospitality Assist guests with questions, requests, and general dining needs Support front-of-house operations during service periods Coordinate with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management Assist with seating, table organization, and guest flow as needed Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining and service areas Help prepare dining areas and service stations before and during shifts Communicate guest requests and concerns to the appropriate team members Follow restaurant service, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Perform additional hospitality and restaurant support duties assigned by management Requirements Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience is an asset but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask effectively Preferred Skills Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations Strong guest service and problem-solving abilities Excellent teamwork and communication skills Good organizational and time management abilities Knowledge of restaurant service standards and sanitation practices Positive attitude and willingness to learn About the Company Cochon Restaurant is a dining establishment focused on quality food, attentive hospitality, and a welcoming guest experience. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 42.0 per week
