Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair. Assemble fresh sandwiches, salads, and snacks according to company standards and customer preferences. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations, seating areas, and equipment. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cash register operations and balancing at shift end. Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards are upheld at all times. Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred. Experience in food preparation or food service roles demonstrating attention to detail. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Ability to operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS with confidence. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totaling. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
