Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Counter Help to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is a morning position, with operating hours between 6am-2pm. We are looking to hire either part time or full time. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate POS systems Manage cash handling and ensure accurate transactions. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, adhering to food safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Skills Experience in food preparation and handling within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Previous restaurant or café experience is a plus but not mandatory Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
