Barista / Café Team Member SereniTea Cafe | Hudson, MATraining begins ASAP in Mendon, MA SereniTea Cafe is growing, and we're looking for a few amazing people to join our team as we prepare to open our new Hudson location! We're not your average coffee shop. SereniTea is a welcoming, community-focused café built around great drinks, great food, creativity, and creating a space where people can truly sip, stay & be themselves. What You'll Do Prepare handcrafted coffee, matcha, chai, tea and specialty beverages Provide friendly, genuine customer service Learn and consistently follow our recipes and drink-building standards Assist with light food prep and café operations Maintain a clean, organized and stocked workspace Work efficiently during busy morning rushes Help create the warm, fun atmosphere SereniTea is known for Be willing to cross-train in both front-of-house and food prep Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: 18+ Reliable and punctual Friendly, positive and comfortable talking with customers Able to work in a fast-paced environment A strong team player Willing to learn and take feedback Available to work at least one weekend day Able to commute to our current Mendon location for training prior to the Hudson opening Able to wear non-slip, closed-toe shoes for all shifts — required Barista, café, restaurant, food-prep or customer-service experience is a plus, but personality, reliability and willingness to learn are extremely important to us. ServSafe Manager certification is a big plus! The Fun Part Our team gets to be creative!
