Provide friendly, efficient service in areas like the drive-thru, dining room, cashier, drinks, and food prep Practice the Chick-fil-A Core 4: Share a Smile, Create Eye Contact, Speak with a Friendly Tone, and Always say "My Pleasure" Execute position-specific best practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge through in-house training Complete assigned opening and closing tasks Follow food safety and restaurant procedures at all times Encourage and uphold the vision and values of the restaurant Contribute to a fun, caring, and team-oriented environment Communicate effectively with guests and team members Display a professional, positive attitude at all times Adhere to dress code and appearance standards Uphold food safety standards and maintain a clean, welcoming environment Receive and apply feedback to grow professionally Support the team and contribute to a positive workplace culture Perform other duties as assigned
