We want to hear from you either way! We're looking to fill both opening and closing team member positions with upbeat, energetic people who thrive in a fun, fast-paced, supportive environment. Previous experience at Dunkin' is a great plus, and experience at other quick-service spots (McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, etc.) works too! Never worked in food service before? No worries

we provide full training!

Starting pay:

$17/hour plus tips! We currently have two shift types open: Opening Team Member

Openers help get the store ready for the day and keep the morning rush running smoothly. Shift hours are approximately 5:00 AM
2:00 PM, including weekends. Must be able to work as early as 5am to be considered for this role. Closing Team Member
Closers keep the afternoon and evening moving and make sure the store is properly shut down and ready for the next day. Shift hours are approximately 12:00 PM
7:30 PM, including weekends. Must be available through 7:30pm to be considered for this role. Team Environment
Communicate appropriately with fellow team members, treating others fairly and with respect.

Respond positively to feedback and direction given. Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift. Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.

Qualifications:

Must be over the age of 18 Openers must be available for early morning shifts (as early as 5am), including weekends Closers must be available for afternoon/evening shifts through 7:30pm, including weekends

Skills:

Must be able to fluently speak/read English Capable of counting money and making change Able to operate restaurant equipment
