This role matters because your care and attention help kids build confidence in the water.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcome and assist families; answer program questions and share information with potential members
• Support swim instruction using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum and act as a positive brand ambassador
• Maintain lifeguard credentials and follow safety procedures; report incidents and complete required documentation
